Seasonal Rate / 4 Nights Plus Rate

A deposit of 50 % is due at the moment of booking (maximum of $1000). Only after receipt of the deposit the booking is confirmed. The balance of the total amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival the full amount will be charged. If cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival day; your deposit will be refunded after deduction of 10% administration and credit card fees. If cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: no refund.

Non Refundable Rate

Full payment is due at the moment of booking. Once the booking has been confirmed, changes are not allowed. No refund upon cancellation.
